ACCOMMODATION

1. Housing research is a free service offered by Language.it to its students for the duration of its courses. The school acts as intermediary between students and owners/host families.
2. Housing research is supposed to be done only for semi-intensive and intensive courses (8 and 10/20 hours per week).
3. The proposed solutions are all conveniently located, with nearby bus/tramway/metro stations to reach the school in less than 45 minutes.
   • Single room with use of bath and kitchen from € 500 per month.
   • Double room from € 400 per month.
   • Studio apartment from € 700 per month.
   • Homestay from € 400 to € 900 per month (single/double room, half board/B&B/ use of the kitchen).
4. Starting day is on the Sunday prior to the beginning of the course, leaving day is on the Saturday of the last week of the course.
5. Students who require an accommodation at the moment of enrolment must pay a deposit of:
   • € 100 for homestay or shared flat
   • € 300 for independent flat
   They will receive a confirmation and all accommodation details 2 weeks before the course starts.
6. The balance of accommodation fees is to be paid in cash directly to the owner upon arrival and at the start of each successive course for long-term stays.
7. Cancellation of accommodation must be communicated to the school within 2 weeks prior to the arrival date. After this 2 weeks deadline no deposit will be refunded.
8. Changes of the arrival date must be communicated to the school within 2 weeks prior to the arrival date.
9. Students who wish to leave their accommodation before the end of the reserved period must give the owner 2 weeks notice. There will be no refund for this period.
