ENROLMENT
For organizational reasons Language.it suggests to apply for its courses at least 4 weeks before the
selected course starts.
In order to enrol students must:
- fill in the application form and clearly indicate the selected course, the period of attendance
and the accomodation choice, if required.
- send the application form by e-mail to info@languageit.net, by fax to + 39 02 70 05 35 658 or
by post to: Language.it – Galleria del Corso 4 – 20122 Milano- Italy
- pay a deposit of 30% of the full tuition fee.
- the balance of the global tuition fee must be paid in full 2 weeks before the course starts.
- Students must send the full payment of the course:
- if it is a last minute booking (less than 2 weeks before the course starts)
- If a study Visa is required.
- if an official certificate of registration is required.
- The following methods of payment for both deposit and balance are possible:
- directly at our office in cash (we do not accept credit cards)
- Bank transfer to:

In case of bank transfers, proof of payment should be sent to the school by mail or fax to +39 02 70 05 35 658 . Please
indicate for whom the payment is being made by stating the student's name, the type of course and
the exact period of the course. Bank charges are to be met by the student.
- Students will receive the confirmation of enrolment by the school within 3 working days from
receipt of the deposit and if they required an accomodation, they will receive all details within
2 weeks before the course starts.
COURSE CANCELLATIONS
Eventual cancellations must be communicated in writing to the school
- for cancellation within 2 weeks before the start of the course, 100% of the deposit will be returned.
- for cancellation within less than 2 weeks before the start of the course, no deposit will be
returned.
- It is not possible to change or cancel the date of a course for which a student VISA has
been issued.
- If a cancellation is made after the course has started, the school will retain the entire tuition
fee, even if the period of study is more than 4 weeks.
- If the course is longer than 4 weeks, students may apply for a credit for the unused part of
the course. This credit will be issued for the unattended period and will be valid for 12 months
after the date of issue.
- If students decide not to attend classes or to shorten the course, they are not entitled to any
refund.
- Deposits, fees and course credits are not transferable to another person.
CHANGES
- If the request to change type of course or period is made within 2 weeks before the start of
the course, students will be given a credit for the tuition fees they paid for the new course or
period selected.
- It is not possible to make changes after this deadline of two weeks and after the course has
begun.
