GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Students must fill in the enrolment form and mail it to the school together with valid proof of payment.
  • At the moment of enrolment students must pay a deposit of 30% of global tuition fee
  • The balance of the global tuition fee must be paid in full 2 weeks before the course starts
  • Students must send the full payment of the course at the moment of their enrolment:
    1. if it is a last minute booking (less than 2 weeks before the course starts)
    2. If a study Visa is required.
    3. if an official certificate of registration is required.
  • The following methods of payment for both deposit and balance are possible:
    1. directly at our office in cash (we do not accept credit cards)
    2. Bank transfer to:

      In case of bank transfers, proof of payment should be sent to the school by mail or fax. Please indicate for whom the payment is being made by stating the student's name, the type of course and the starting date of the course. Bank charges are to be met by the student.
  • Students will receive the confirmation of enrolment by the school within 3 working days from receipt of the deposit and if they require an accommodation, they will receive all details within 2 weeks before the course starts.

COURSE CANCELLATIONS

Eventual cancellations must be communicated in writing to the school
- for cancellation within 2 weeks before the start of the course, 100% of the deposit will be returned.
- for cancellation within less than 2 weeks before the start of the course, no deposit will be returned.
It is not possible to change or cancel the date of a course for which a student VISA has been issued.
If a cancellation is made after the course has started the school will retain the entire tuition fee, even if the period of study is more than 4 weeks.
If the course is longer than 4 weeks, students may apply for a credit for the unused part of the course. This credit will be issued for the unattended period and will be valid for 12 months after the date of issue. If students decide not to attend classes or to shorten the course, they are not entitled to any refund. Deposits, fees and course credits are not transferable to another person.

CHANGES

If the request to change type of course or period is made within 2 weeks before the start of the course, students will be given a credit for the tuition fees they paid for the new course or period selected. It is not possible to make changes after this deadline of 2 weeks and after the course has begun.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

No lessons will take place on public holidays. No refund will be made or extra lessons held for these days.

PARTICIPANTS

In the event of insufficient applications for a group course (4 persons), the school reserves the right to offer an alternative course of equal value.

ACCOMMODATION

Students who require an accommodation must send at the moment of enrolment a deposit of € 100 for homestay or shared flat or € 300 for independent flat. They will receive all details about accommodation within 2 weeks before the course starts.
For accommodation starting day is on the Sunday prior to the beginning of the course, leaving day is on the Saturday of the last week of the course.
The balance of accommodation fees is to be paid in cash directly to the owner upon arrival and at the start of each successive course for long-term stays.
Cancellation of accommodation must be communicated to the school within 2 weeks prior to the arrival date.
After this 2 weeks deadline no deposit will be refunded.
Changes of the arrival date must be communicated to the school within 2 weeks prior to the arrival date.
Students who wish to leave their accommodation before the end of the reserved period must give the owner 2 weeks notice. There will be no refund for this period.
